RDF wants to become one of the preferred suppliers of fast-moving consumer electronic products (brown and white goods) and other sophisticated products for resale mainly on promotional basis through large (internationally oriented) retailers, drugstores, chains, supermarkets and discounters on a worldwide basis.
- The “think global, act local” philosophy has been implemented by establishing a corporate structure where strategic decisions are made with global expertise and controls are managed strictly in day-to-day operations.
- New product development, production control and quality assurance are performed by RDF's own facilities in Shanghai.
- For the global market, RDF established an online product discussion forum to inform and respond to customers all over the world. The operation center in Shanghai offers further support through consumer help lines.
